Days & Time: 12 Consecutive Saturdays 8:00am-5pm

Class RequirementsInterview, enroll, and be accepted to Dental Career Foundation School..  Excellent attendance is required to successfully complete the training program and to register for the RHS exam. Students may be eligible for scholarship funding.

​

Summary: Course outline: The Dental Profession, Dental Anatomy and Physiology Human Anatomy and physiology as related to the jaw and skull, Anesthesia and Pain Control, Moisture Control, Infection Control, Dental Radiology, Clothing, Fixed Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Pedodontics, Oral Surgery, Impressions and Model Trimming, Front Office Management and Job Interview and Placement Assistance.

Employment & Education:.  Training is both classroom and hands-on. Material is presented in a variety of ways to maximize learning. A minimum of twelve On-the-Job-Training Hours in our practicing dental office are required for graduation. The program is designed to give our students a sound foundation of chair-side Dental Assisting skills enabling them to enter the dental profession and pass the RHS exam (fee included in the class tuition). The program is set up to ensure your success! With classroom training, hands-on practice in operatories, class discussions, written and reading assignments, quizzes and On-the-Job Training with real patients, our students experience learning in a positive environment. All of our instructors and Directors have a personal interest in the future success of our students.
